• What’s your return policy?

All items from the RadSwan Private Sale are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the limited, clearance nature of the sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 5 days with photos and your order number. If a replacement isn't available, we’ll issue a refund.

• When will my order ship?

All orders ship from California, USA.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (We ship Monday–Friday.)

• How long will shipping take?

We ship using USPS for both domestic and international orders.

USA (domestic):

• USPS Ground Advantage™: approx. 2–5 business days

International:

• USPS First Class International: approx. 7–21 business days

Please note:
International orders may experience delays due to customs. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

We offer simple flat-fee shipping:

• International: $20

• How do I store my RadShape and RadClips?

For best longevity:

• Lightly finger-detangle

• Wrap in a hair net

• Store in your RadCase (sold separately), or

• Place the RadShape on a wig head / RadClips on hangers

• Keep away from direct sunlight

• How do I care for my RadShape or RadClips?

Synthetic units require minimal maintenance:

For a quick refresh:

• Spritz with a mix of water + a small amount of conditioner

• Finger-detangle

• Let air dry

For a deeper clean:

• Soak gently in tepid water with a little shampoo

• Rinse and air dry

• Finger-detangle while drying

Important:

• Do not use heat tools

• Do not bleach or dye synthetic fibres

• Avoid swimming; secure with a RadGrip if working out

• What sizes do RadShapes come in?

Our RadShapes come in a standard medium cap size (22 inches) with adjustable straps.

Exception: RadShape 01 has a 21-inch cap.

If you have a lot of natural volume, cornrow or flat-twist your hair for the best fit.
