Welcome to the RadSwan Private Sale.
This website (“Site”) is operated by RadSwan Inc., a U.S.-based company. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Private Sale

This is a limited-time, final-sale liquidation of remaining RadSwan inventory.
All products are sold in limited quantities, on a first-come-first-served basis.

RadSwan Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Site or the products offered at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are:

  • at least 18 years old, or

  • accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and details as accurately as possible. Due to variations in screens, devices, and lighting, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will precisely match the product received.

Because this is a private sale of remaining inventory, packaging may vary and inventory levels are limited.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

We accept payments via the payment methods provided at checkout. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Fulfilment Location

All orders ship from the United States.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 days. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.

International Customers

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • VAT

  • import taxes

  • inspection delays

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments.

6. FINAL SALE — No Returns, No Exchanges

Because this is a liquidation private sale:

⭐ ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

⭐ No returns. No exchanges. No refunds.

This applies to all customers, including U.S., UK, EU, and international customers.

7. Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items

The only exceptions to the Final Sale policy are:

  • Items damaged in shipping

  • Incorrect items received

If this happens, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the item(s) and packaging

  3. Description of the issue

Because quantities are extremely limited, replacements may not be available.
If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

RadSwan Inc. may cancel orders that:

  • cannot be fulfilled

  • appear fraudulent

  • include pricing errors

  • violate these Terms & Conditions
    In such cases, customers will be refunded.

9. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders (including the UK/EU):
You are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, and other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority.

Refusal to pay customs fees does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadSwan Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • delays caused by carriers or customs

  • loss resulting from incorrect address entry

  • loss of use or personal frustration

  • losses due to normal wear and tear of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

11. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you agree to the terms of that policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in U.S. courts.
